1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

4 Account Registration

Where duplicate accounts are detected, y999app may close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any balances in the duplicate accounts.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your y999app login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your y999app account that is not used for any other online service
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, particularly if you reside in high-risk areas or access y999app from shared devices

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

y999app supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT, Bitcoin, and Ethereum. Cryptocurrency deposits are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in good faith and credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your y999app account. y999app does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the funding source must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification, including submission of a valid CNIC and, where required, proof of address

7 Bonuses & Promotions

8 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on y999app — including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino table games, video slots, crash games, and fishing games — are subject to their respective individual game rules as published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game.

The following general betting rules apply across all y999app products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. y999app does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet or stake limits are displayed within each game or market. y999app reserves the right to alter these limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, y999app reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to Players' accounts. y999app will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from system interruptions.
